: Any person who commits or causes any of the following acts shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act:-
(a) In case of direct sale or distribution of goods contrary to section 3, (b) If the business is conducted contrary to section 11,
(c) If a direct seller or distributor of the goods is appointed and employed in the work related to the direct sale or distribution of the goods without entering into an agreement in accordance with section 14,
(d) In case of suspension as per section 25, in case of direct sale or distribution of goods during the period of suspension,
(e) In case of obstructing the operation of inspection, investigation or investigation in accordance with this Act.
